Let me warn you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I felt compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale because I’m dealing with a company that frankly doesn't seem to give a crap about its customers. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paying extra for 3-5 day express shipping because my old pair broke. But days turned into weeks. Day 5, then Day 10, then Day 11—still stuck 'in production.' Even after getting a $10 shipping refund, my glasses were STILL days away. It's now Day 19, and I still have no glasses! This company is just terrible, terrible, terrible. My frustration reached its peak, forcing me to call customer service and now leave this review.
